1. What makes us different?

Introducing the industry's first and only matte finish labels. Our labels feature a unique textured design that you can both see and feel (you'll understand when you see them).

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Free standard Canadian shipping (lettermail with no tracking) takes 3-9 business days.

Express Canadian shipping (courier with tracking) takes 2-3 business days.

Please allow 1-2 business days for production.

3. How should I apply the little clothing IDs?

Little clothing IDs can and should be applied directly onto clothing tags. Please note they will not stick well if applied directly onto the clothing.

4. Is there a character limit for the little IDs?

No, but please keep in mind that the more characters there are, the smaller the font will be. Rest assured that we will design them to look great regardless.
